Breakthrough To You Coaching & Therapy

Hi there!

I’m Dr. Cavalier!

My mission is to provide a safe space for you to process hard emotions. Together we will break through those hurdles so you can become the best version of yourself.

I am a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist.

The two things that I value most in life are my family and my faith in God. I am constantly considering ways to assist others, which inspired me to launch my own coaching company, "Breakthrough To You Coaching and Therapy," after earning my certification from the World Coach Institute and my doctorate in Biblical Psychology, which allowed me to obtain my license as a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist. I had to overcome a lot of difficulties in the past. I’ve repeated generational curses, suffered abuse, and even had identity issues due to being lost, terrified, and hurt. I managed to become a "Band-Aid" to others despite all of my suffering I urge you to consider it since we may all have helped someone by acting as a "Band-Aid." I encourage you to think of it this way: When someone is harmed, bleeding, or experiencing pain, they typically receive treatment that can ease their suffering. Until the area heals, there should be something that can cover it to stop the bleeding and pain. What transpires after it recovers? Before they get hurt again, they discard the bandage. I needed to alter several aspects of my life. I hhadshared my narrative of abuse, spiritual development, and the beginning of a new path when I met my husband. I have spoken as a guest speaker to young people and women who are pursuing their purpose. While coaching, therapy, and speaking to the youth and women who are rediscovering themselves, I continue to live out my purpose. I set out to find enjoyment for people in their jobs, relationship s and lives when I launched my coaching and therapy practice. I assist others in refocusing, reflecting, and redefining their life through my experience and personal interest in spirituality. I want people to know that it's okay to make adjustments that could be uncomfortable, but to keep this in mind that discomfort leads to growth!

I had to do it, and as you can see, I haven’t turned back since!
