From a very young age, I have always had a desire to help people. As a survivor of Domestic Violence and teenage pregnancy, I am passionate about providing service, guidance, information and instruction to those in need. I understand the strength, courage and support required to overcome unfortunate and evil circumstances. I avail myself to every opportunity to present the truth and dispel the lies that encourage self-hate, neglected potential, and abuse. I have accepted my life’s assignment to inspire, motivate, and edify others. As a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist and a Life and Purpose Coach, my faith is he driving force behind my life’s work and profession. I believe in life we experience so many things that effect how we think, live, and grow as a person. I am created serve. If you are at a place where you are experiencing some difficulties in life, you do not have to stay in that place. I am here to help you work through some of the demands life may throw at you. I create a judgment- free environment that is safe for you to learn and understand some of the changes that you are facing. I utilize evidence-based practices that focus on exploring and understanding how you arrived at the place you are now, with the goal of achieving the changes you desire. Together we will co-create new perspectives and solutions to life events. I want to offer you an opportunity to be kind to yourself. There is greatness in you!

Individual Sessions $125
Couple Sessions $150
